Yep, it was a longer version of a CMLL title match primera, and I loved it.

And of course Kamaitaichi /Dragon Lee knocked it out of the park. Those two never cease to amaze me.

That match was awesome between Kamaitaichi and dragon Lee, need to watch some of their other matches.

Is Kamaitaichi staying in New Japan, as he did win the belt and from what people on twitter are saying thats quite an important belt in CMLL?

I hope the crazy Kamaitachi lady was in Japan, I'd hate her not to have seen it live in person.

Watching last night's show right now. Virus vs Liger was great. Does anyone know what the ring announcer is saying during Naito's entrances each night?

As everyone has said, Kamaitachi vs Dragon Lee ruled. I haven't seen any of their other matches, but I liked this one more then anything else this year so far.

I'm still behind on watching the shows cause of life and shoveling out the snow today but I'm not surprised that Dragon Lee vs Kamaitachi was great. Look forward to seeing it.

Here is a playlist made by Cubsfan of their matches for those that have never seen them before.

I agree with the sentiment in Lanza's Night Six review, that this has been the best Fantasticamania yet.

Previous editions I've come away feeling rather indifferent to them, I've not disliked the concept in previous years but only snippets of shows have got me excited. This year I think everything came together, especially on the final night. The undercard stuff on the shows was fun, with some real comedy gold (such as Two Ligers on Night 4 and people joining in with Fuego's dancing fool routine), whilst for the most part the more serious matches delivered, topped off by that beautiful MOTYC between Kamataichi and Dragon Lee.

Most of all let's give the booking some credit for once. The way Kamataichi's return to a New Japan ring was handled ended up being an excellent surprise when we were all thinking 'where the hell is Kamataichi?! - Surely even Gedo's biggest critics, can't say he screwed up on that one.

Not giving him the benefit of the doubt cause New Japan's junior division still sucks and they haven't properly pushed a home grown junior since Devitt which was in 2009/2010.

Well of course everyone's favourite whipping boy (TMJoe Lanza ) Gedo still might screw things up with the way Kamataichi is booked in New Japan after that, but surely no one can feasibly complain about his initial reintroduction to the NJPW fans was handled, which ended up being a cool surprise after many were bemused about him not being on the shows at all.

Anyway I would say KUSHIDA has been pushed as a homegrown junior, though probably not as hard and fast as most would have liked. I will agree though that KUSHIDA needs to make this third reign stick and actually get some successful title defences under his belt to convince folk, that NJPW are one hundred per cent behind him as the new ace of the Junior Division.
