I still expect Suzuki to win the title. I would have Suzuki go over clean on Okada and establish that he's not to be fucked with, preferably ending with Suzuki choking Okada the fuck out.

This morning's Fantasticamania was really, really good. The biggest highlights were the two LIdJ tags and the last two matches, but top-to-bottom this was great fun and I enjoyed every match.

Really enjoyed the January 22nd Fantasticamania show. Fun from top to bottom with the last 3 matches worth seeking out. Also loved Liger throwing one of Cavernario's shoes into the crowd and just laughing it off.

Is there any info on the amount of Mexican subscribers there are for World?

Really enjoyed all 3 shows, but the Sunday one was easily the best. Last two matches were awesome, loved how they closed the tour. Fantasticamania is always so much fun, I love the atmosphere and you can see that Korakuen fucking loves Lucha Libre.

Maximo smelling his hand after Okada smacks away his handshake. Awesome.

That's the kind of stuff I like to read. You should jump in this Friday since they'll have all the FM crew in the main event, Caristico (ex-Mistico) vs Mephisto in a title match & a recognizeable face in Ray Rowe debuting underneath.

Anyone know how the Sapporo ticket sales are doing?

According to the ticket websites, we're down to the cheapest two seat categories at this time.

If New Japan stays hot do they think about running New Beginnings at Jo Hall next year? Being sold out two weeks before the show isn't really what you want since it means paying customers can't get in.

That's a pretty big jump up in venue size and they didn't even sell out Jo Hall for Dominion last year. It would probably make more sense to stay at the gymnasium and increase the ticket prices.

If they wanted to do that, they'd probably have to combine the two shows again. With most or all of the titles on the line, I think they'd be able to do a respectable number. However, The New Beginning isn't really a blockbuster tour for NJPW, it's somewhat of a come-down from Wrestle Kingdom. I don't know if they'd want to commit that hard.

So Omega says that it's looking like he'll be in NJPW for at least one more year. Very suspicious about the vagueness used there.

Kidani said that NJPW: USA is scheduled for 2018. I give NJPW too much credit for Omega to not already be locked down long enough to be an integral part of that. That would be some pretty terrible business and after 2016, I can't see them being that freewheeling.
