Has NJPW World been loading terribly for anyone else? It's been really frustrating, the worst it's been since the lead up to the Tokyo Dome.

The most logical way forward is for Naito to keep the belt until the Dome, and Okada t1o win the G1. In the meantime, Naito needs a defense against Tanahashi if at all possible, and maybe one of the NEVER guys. He definately needs to stay away from Ishii and Goto, but I bet we see another Goto title match before the year ends.

Mine has been working much better lately (live shows and on-demand content). I use chomecast to stream it to TV and it works really well. There were times late last year or early this year when I did have problems with it, but lately it has been working very well.

The final was an excellent match. I was in the camp yesterday of being slightly disappointed because I thought they were setting up Sydal and Ospreay after someone had seen their great series for Rev Pro but this was still very good. Just a shade below O'Reilly/ KUSHIDA and Ospreay/ Ricochet for me. Ospreay's selling was good, and he did the springboard forearm on one leg, like it was nothing. Ridiculous! Taguchi stepped it up at the right time to make the change from comedy to serious make sense and that led to a 20+ minute match that was entertaining throughout so hats off!

Ospreay mentioning Okada bringing him in to take the title from Kushida makes me feel like they are still trying to tease a match between the two and I really hope they do go with it at some point for a reasonable sized show (I still hold hope for a Kushida G1 spot). As well as that as a potential main event down the line (especially if Tana is out for a while) I wonder if they've thought about a Chaos V LIJ match at some point for a big show, the matches have all been really fun and if you put Ospreay on Chaos' side, book it to be an important main event match and give it 30 minutes it could be exceptional. I know it's out of their usual wheelhouse but while they focus on building new stars it could be a good idea for a show down the line in my opinion.

Good list, @Joe, especially the top 3. I guess I liked KUSHIDA/Sydal more than you did, though.

1. KUSHIDA vs. Kyle O'Reilly
2. Ryusuke Taguchi vs. Will Ospreay
3. Will Ospreay vs. Ricochet
4. Matt Sydal vs. Kyle O'Reilly
5. Bobby Fish vs. Will Ospreay
6. Bobby Fish vs. Ricochet
7. Baretta vs. Will Ospreay
8. KUSHIDA vs David Finlay
9. Matt Sydal vs. Ryusuke Taguchi
10. KUSHIDA vs Gedo

The top three matches were a step above in my opinion. The rest are all interchangeable and there were like 15-20 really good to great matches. Amazing tournament.

Overall, I thought the tournament was pretty strong. I'll be honest, after night three or four I was pretty bummed out and thought it wasn't up to much but it really turned around.

Obviously everyone is talking about how amazing Ospreay is (rightly so) but how brilliant has Finlay become? He's an amazing brawler, and no matter quickly I'm skipping through things his matches always get my full attention.

Chaos x LiJ has not disappointed me once this BoSJ tour; so, I'd say go with that.

Decided to watch it. I just finished Ricochet/Sydal/KUSHIDA vs. Liger/Tiger Mask/Volador. I did love the Chaos/LIJ match from the semi-final show.

This year's BOSJ was great. Much fresher feeling and much better match quality than the past few years. I thought the final was the best match of the tournament.

With the G1/Dome discussions on going, it has been awhile since they had someone lose their title shot post winning G1, right? This could be a year that they do this. Give Shibata the G1 win. Have him lose the Dome title shot to Okada or Naito depending on how things play out. That way, Okada doesn't become a 3 time G1 winner already and they give the last new gen musketeer Shibata his G1 win finally.
But I don't know. Things will maybe become more clear once we see the blocks.
