So. Who do we think is going to be X?
Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
Well it's not Kazuki. I think most people assume Akiyama but my off the wall guess is Hino.

Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
I'm off work tomorrow and up to date with all my other graps. Seen as though the Sumo Hall show is up pretty soon I thought I better jump back in.
Any shows on the Real Hero drive (or the thread on here) that are recommended for the Big Lads? I haven't seen any of the Strong Climb tournament and last time I saw a show was February with Hama and Kamitani as tag champs.

Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
3/31 was the best night of the Strong Climb tournament. Other matches worth checking out from the tournament include the final with Ishikawa/Kamitani, Ishikawa/Suzuki from 4/9, and Okabayashi/Shinobu from 3/19.
Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
The Strong 6 man from the latest show was great.
Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
The 5/29 six-man is also worth a look.pol wrote:The Strong 6 man from the latest show was great.
Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
The okabayashi/nakanoue vs. kamitani/hashimoto match from the 7/5 D-Rize show was really fun and hard-hitting. Lots of heat building toward 7/24.
Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
Been catching up with last bunch of BJW shows on the RH archive and I've been really enjoying the fire of Takuya Nomura. His match against Jake Lee on the most recent D-Rize was a great little example of the hard stuff.
Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
What's happened to Nikkan Lee she doesn't seem to have been around for most of the year?
Last match watched was Kamitani & DHashimoto beating the holy hell out of each other. pretty good

Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
Ms. Lee posts a lot on Twitter. I'm not sure why she's not working Big Japan anymore but it might have something to do with them having a young guy that refs for them now (his name is Mac Takeda). I think she does reffing here and there for smaller promotions but for the most part she's just chillin out at home with her bae Ito.

Maybe Ito wants a child haha.

Yeah, definitely. I did a little write-up here. He's a lot of fun to watch, especially against Hideki Suzuki.Adam D wrote:Been catching up with last bunch of BJW shows on the RH archive and I've been really enjoying the fire of Takuya Nomura. Re: Big Japan - The promotion of MEN
I should be way more excited for the Sumo Hall show than I am. I'm sure it'll be all sorts of fun but it really seems like "the other show" with Kobe World and the stacked G1 show happening on the same day at roughly the same time. Doesn't help that I have negative interest in the main event.
