Maybe we'll see Kasai kill KAI or something, that would be great fun.

Have they teamed KAI and Buki together for the sole purpose that it gives us Kabuki & KAIBuki?

Everything about this card is incredible. The good is great and even the bad is fun bad. Easily one of my most anticipated cards of the puro year.

There's a change to the card that results from Yuji Hino leaving K-DOJO on what seems to be not the best of terms. Hino and Kengo Mashimo are not on the card anymore.

Suwama & Kengo Mashimo vs. Kazuyuki Fujita & Yuji Hino

was changed to

Suwama & Yuji Okabayashi vs. Kazuyuki Fujita & Daisuke Sekimoto

It will absolutely be televised as it is a massive event and then I imagine it will be posted VERY quickly afterwards.

This is probably the right thread to ask, as someone who knows of Tenryu but hasn't actually watched many of his matches, are there any classic matches of his I should watch before this? The only notable matches of his I've seen are both of the ones against Hashimoto in the 90's

I wonder if NJPW will get the rights to put the main event on World as they often do when their guys wrestle elsewhere.

It's amazing how Minoru Suzuki always seems to be thrown into an interesting looking match on individually produced shows and various indie cards.

Basically anything with Jumbo, whether they're tags or singles, it doesn't matter. His WAR fed was whacky as hell, and produced some crazy and bizarre smashmouth brawls. Be sure to check his All Japan run from 2000 to 2004, when he and Kawada saved the company and entire puroresu in process.

I guess there are still some puroresu videos left on YT where you can find Tenryu (among others), but I don't even want to think about it, because shitty Japanese "customs" where TV corporations own wrestling content instead of actual promotions just pisses me off so fucking much, I'm getting insanely furious as we speak. It's a long history of mostly lost battles and nerves. Fuck Samurai, NTV and all the other shitbag corporations and their isolationism. /meltdown

I could recommend matches all night cause Tenryu is my guy but I think these are fine for now.

My favorite 80s AJPW match

Vs Jumbo

vs Kawada

and vs Kojima

Cheers for the recommendations. I'm going straight for that match with Kojima
