NHL home games within a week of WrestleMania 35:

New Jersey Devils vs. New York Rangers - Monday 4/1 @ 7PM (Prudential Center in Newark)

New York Islanders vs. Toronto Maple Leafs - Monday 4/1 @ 7PM (Barclays Center in Brooklyn)

New York Rangers vs. Ottawa Senators - Wednesday 4/3 @ 7:30PM (Madison Square Garden)

New York Rangers vs. Columbus Blue Jackets - Friday 4/5 @ 7PM (Madison Square Garden)
So, with Barclays occupied on Monday, looks like MSG got Raw and Smackdown in exchange for booting ROH.

Actually, the Islanders will be back at Nassau for 4/1, so nevermind that last post

Observer on G1 Supercard:
With the on sale date being in just a few weeks, the ticket pricing has to be decided shortly. We’ve talked with a few people who have knowledge of the ways the discussion has gone. This will be very different from All In, as tickets won’t be cheap. The actual pricing was not decided as of several days ago, but the idea of a $300 top price, with lots of seats at the price, and a $50 low price is probably close to how it will go down.

MSG will be set up for 15,000 fans. WWE usually sets up for 15,000 to 16,000, depending on stage size, always does well, but has only sold out once in more than six years, which was the October 3, 2015 show with Brock Lesnar’s first MSG match in more than a decade.

The way tickets are scaled, if this does sell out, or comes close, this would be the first non-WWE pro wrestling event ever held in the United States to ever top a $1 million gate. Even WCW never reached that figure for their biggest stadium events.

Because it is New York and MSG, and with NXT competition, it is incumbent to do an Omega vs. Okada IWGP title match, or something very close to that, as the main event. That becomes tricky because this show is likely one week after Sakura Genesis, which is one of New Japan’s biggest shows of the year, and would have an IWGP title match on top. If this sells out immediately, then they can proceed as usual. But as the Cow Palace showed, you’ll get your hardcore fans early, but for a non-WWE event in the New York market, to fill a building, I don’t know that you can announce the card a week or two beforehand.

Cow Palace was a stand alone show in the midst of a series of shows all clustered together. Beyond the fly ins, NYC on its own should have plenty of folks looking to attend MSG that weekend. It would not surprise me to see 10K at the very least sold within the first week of ticket sales.

The rumors of GCW running their own deal Mania weekend just got a little gas thrown on them.

Is it odd that all the other shows are slow on the draw in both not having tickets on sale, or in some cases, simply announcing the shows and locations? I get the travel will be much more difficult so it'll be important to get it right, but a lot of disposable money just went to ROH, in an expensive market so less. The companies really should be getting as much of the presale as soon as possible.

This is a good point and it's not like some of the groups haven't locked down locations and dates (Wrestlecon is announced, WWN and GCW(?) are not. I think the early onsale and sellout of MSG probably threw their schedules off because they probably expected it not to actually happen. Wrestlecon at least put out a few tweets making sure people knew that the supershow is not the same night.

GCW has confirmed a triple shot, whether it'll be within WWN or as Lanza reported the rumor, standalone, is TBD. Nothing at all about WWN. Wrestlecon at least has their Supershow date, and we know the building for that and the other indies running under their banner.
