Hopefully the WWE bookings ramp up, because a 20K retainer contract with this many indie restrictions is going to be tough.

It's a one year gamble, so hopefully it works out for them all. Remember the Young Bucks had a horrible year financially at the end of their TNA run, and even their ROH return following that, before they went freelance and did it on their own.

WWE has a relationship with Evolve and has been trying to work out a deal with Flo Slam for them to drop Evolve and for them to be able to get Evolve for the WWE Network in exchange for WWE being nice to them, whatever that means. For the Evolve talent, it would be a major step up in exposure, as well as to garner a buzz that could get them to a bigger promotion, likely on WWE, being on the WWE Network instead of Flo.
