Can't help but notice how prominently placed Tony Nese is in this pic. Notice Gulak always takes the losses for that team, and how they made fun of Gulak's outfit. The also had Nese pin Rich Swann on Raw. I'm just saying these things are not incidental. I'd say Vince clearly likes Tony Nese's look.

On paper, this should be a great show. I'm very concerned that three HITC matches will be overkill, but the participants in each match can very easily have three different matches in the confines of the match limitations.

The six man pre-show match has a ton of potential. Shocked Swann isn't involved.

I was planning on skipping this POPV entirely, and then just cherry-picking from reviews. But I'm actually finding myself with your opinion. I'm surprisingly into it just on the strength of the card.

Really the big dent in the bumper for me is how little I care about the Owens/Rollins match.

That six man will be just like the old WCW lucha trios matches! Except with guys in regular tights instead of cool outfits. And headlocks to set up commercial breaks instead of dives. And the announcers talking about how Rich Swann likes to have fun instead of lecturing La Parka on how his career will be over soon if he keeps doing stuff like that.

The HIAC match should be the main event. Not three, this PPV is approaching LOCKDOWN levels of gimmickry.

The matches that will be worthwhile IMO:

- Cruiserweight 6-man

- Kendrick/Perkins will be good if they give it time.

- RAW tag titles match: New Day need to lose the titles to Cesaro and *shudder* Sheamus.

- HIAC match between Owens/Rollins should be good if they let it become a bloodbath. (Unlikely)


Everything else on the card is filler.

So it must be said that the 3 Cell programs have just been off the charts. Really glad Zayn vs Owens didn't get the lengthy Jericho vs HBK 2008 arc to have it reach its conclusion on this show.

Guess the Cruiserweight's division is dead unless the plan is to push Cedric as the champ soon and have him wrestle people that aren't slow plodders like The Brian Kendrick. Feel bad for TJP for being put in this shit feud with shit material.
