I loved how Mil would just punch his way out of problems, his constant Mike Tysons deserve more credit among wrestling community.

He really harnessed that character to the max and made it look and feel different than anything else on the show. A ton of credit to him.

I forgot who originally said this, but this Lucha Underground run is the most captivating Banderas has ever been.

Pretty sure it was me, brother Quentin.

I've never liked any other incarnation of Ricky Banderas. He should stop doing everything else and become Mil Muertes permanently. Hell, he should stop being a guy named Gil in real life and name himself Mil. Its exponentially better than anything he's done in his life, including, but not limited to, having children (if he has any, idk).

He has my vote for MOST IMPROVED come Observer Awards time. Very serious.

Mil Muertes' work in LU is the second best monster heel work in wrestling, right behind Lesnar. Pentagon Jr. seemed to have became the cult favorite amongst many fans, mine was Mil.

I'm playing catch up, just got to the end of the Pentagon/Sexy feud. I really liked this promotion for the first 20 episodes or so, as even the flaws were easily overcome by the fresh visuals, character work, and the interesting wrestling. But, the show has taken a huge nose dive and the last 15 or so episodes have been pretty much uniformly awful. The booking of Pentagon and Star has been terrible, having a clueless putz like Daivari on the makes me to want to watch, and while they've shown they know how to book a monster in Muertes they've done the exact opposite in how they've handled Cage. Maybe the last six or so episodes will turn things around. But, this isn't close to being a promotion or TV show contender of the year like some have said. Heck, it's not even close to a good promotion at this point. And that's really sad considering how awesome it was at the beginning.

Fantastic news. I was ready to say goodbye but I didn't want to. Glad they got this done, can't wait to see what's in store for S2.

Super incredibly amazing news. I'm so happy right now.

These people need to appear in S2:

- Psycho Clown
- Machine Rocker
- Australian Suicide (different character)
- Venum
- Steve Pain
- Goya Kong
- Taya
- Hiedra
- Octagoncito
- Dinastia
- Rey Mysterio Jr.
- Los Traumas (fantasy booking if there ever was one)

If I had to pick only three realistic names out of the bunch, I'd go with Psycho, Rocker and Goya Kong.

Depending on what his price is now, I'd say Mysterio is a very good bet/mortal lock.

Why? I like the show and watch it every week.

My job isn't to get out the pom poms and operate on blind faith. Anyone who was certain of a return was doing so based on no evidence whatsoever. They very clearly were teetering on the brink of existence and pushed back the season several times (remember the September return date?).

I said from day one, I'll believe the show is returning when I see it. So now I believe it. I also said countless times I wanted it to return.
