(Credit to Brad Shepard for very strongly hinting at this on his podcast a couple months back and Justin LaBar for outright tweeting it earlier this month.)

Wonder if he'll promote Bobby Roode as much as he did on the podcast.mlev76 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 23, 2019 6:46 pmBruce is back

Gonna post this one and pocket it as one of wrestling best promos of 2019.

Re: Official WWE Thread
The Kofi - Vince promo last night was incredible.
Kofi Broadway'ing Smackdown next week is going to be mandatory viewing.

I logged on just now specifically to make this same point. Credit has to be given to all four men in the ring-E, Xavier, Kofi and Vince-for playing their roles perfectly. But, the gut punch of some of Kofi's comments on missing milestones with his kids (never been trick or treating with them, something I've always done with mine and sometimes not happily) really hooked me.BoxingRobes wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2019 1:35 pmThe Kofi - Vince promo last night was incredible.

I've always said that when WWE gets it right, there is nothing better. Last night (and for this whole Kofi thing), they've gotten it right.

I legitimately wish they'd play the race card since it's fairly common for employers to stonewall people of color from reaching the very top positions.

That promo hooked me when Kofi explained things to Vince, and then said he's not asking or demanding anything and just asked him what he has to do to get that opportunity.mlev76 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2019 3:10 pmI logged on just now specifically to make this same point. Whatever Kofi has done in his career...that promo was the best. It was incredibly well done...and yeah, everyone played their part very well...but Kofi sold me a ticket. Kofi Broadway'ing Smackdown and Kofi's match at Mania are mandatory viewing.
Low key, would have him win the belt at Mania and just flip it back to Bryan on the next Smackdown...if you're making MOMENTS...that is now a moment I want to see.
