Regarding Swoggle, I think AIW was the first to book him vs Steiner and the n others followed suit. He was the one to approach Thorne, saying book me against the biggest strongest guys. Cause he was upset about the lack of bookings last year credit to swoggle as a business man. I think the reason space monkey him and Sabre are tag champs they wanted titles defended. But they should have done single matches that u guys suggested and then done lander/Lamar vs space pirates

Stoo-ee, Rich? Really?

Can't wait to you find yourself on Houston street and get confused looks at your pronunciation.

It's spelled Stuy. I've never once in my life encountered that word. How the fuck would I know it's supposed to be pronounced Sty (Stye)?

Okay, but even if Rich is Captain White Bread, he's heard Billy Joel's "You May Be Right"

I've been stranded in the combat zone
I walked through Bedford Stuy alone
Even rode my motorcycle in the rain
And you told me not to drive
But I made it home alive
So you said that only proves that I'm insane

I mean I'm the lamest person in "the family" in terms of cultural relevancy :)

@Rich - for Kaiju...

be high. be very very high. Not to the point of passing out...but just to the point where you don't know if you've blinked in a while high.

Your first thought might be to get drunk...but resist temptation.

It's short for Stuyvesant as in historical figure Peter Stuyvesant. It's also prominently known for the Movie Do the Right Thing and where the Notorious B.I.G. called home. Bed Stuy, do or die, Rich!

May be doing a last-minute switch to Impact. I'll keep you updated.

You can go to Impact whenever...Kaiju...kind of a mandatory Mania Weekend event, especially live.

Also, Kaiju rarely, if ever, starts on time. The few I've been to, all started well after midnight.

Rich, if we can't nitpick the minor details in your much appreciated and exhaustive coverage of Mania week, where's the fun?
