Heads up that the feed in iTunes isn’t picking up this episode.

Heard the initial anti-jury-duty rant, laughed--for what it's worth, I find the whole experience to be engaging and informative, no matter how mundane the crime. It probably helps that the one time I've served, it actually paid me more than my actual job at the time.

I actually enjoy this ongoing issue with the iTUnes feed--I spent all of last month about eight-ten podcasts behind, constantly, and I like having the opportunity to finish catching up (finally did so VOW-wise just today), as well as go through whatever PWO has released in the past couple of weeks.
(Related Note: we NEED to have someone on the crew rip off the whole premise of the Who Booked This? podcast from Grimmas and J.R.G., do their own version of it here.)

I guess I'm spoiled by having unlimited data and just directly stream the podcasts I listen to on my phone but man people lose their mind if their feeds don't work.

Glad to hear Joe enjoyed Fenix vs Cavernario. Cavernario is fucking awesome. The Soberano Jr match he had from earlier this year was also awesome, and if you liked the Fenix match, you'll love that. I think it's even better.

I said this in the Thesz/Flair 2018 thread, but Fenix is going to have a nice little case for that by the end of the year. He's quietly stellar in the ring as always, but him working a few more places than usual really helps his case. Don't know if the CMLL crowd will take to him (it's hard for that kind of guy to get over there) but if he is in a few big spots, it'll be hard to not atleast mention him in that discussion.

Feeds not working is not really a question of data, it's more that it's a bitch to get on my phone otherwise. For some reason, browser downloads that big stall out and audioboom streaming really hates mobile Chrome browser. So I'm late listening, simply due to issues of convenience.

Glad you guys loved Takeda vs Kodaka so much. I find puro dm to be a different breed quite often. Yeah there's plenty of guys who can't work and try to hide their weaknesses in plunder but a lot of them can, and usually the ones that can't don't rise to the top. Takeda's run is incredible right now - he's a charismatic, awesome wrestler, and in his niche he is absolutely the undeniable #1 guy. In May he had two back-to-back bangers, one in FREEDOMS against Violento Jack (sadly this is only available as a shitty niconico video unless you can get your hands on an actual legal DVD) and the match against Abdullah Kobayashi. I actually prefer the Kobayashi match to the Kodaka match, but they're neck and neck.

A small correction: one of you called BJW Takeda's home promotion, which is technically untrue. He's worked there for ten years but he wasn't trained by them (either in shoot style or deathmatches, since he transitioned from MMA to shoot style to deathmatch) but he's a freelancer, and can work anywhere. But even as a freelancer he is absolutely carrying the promotion right now.
