Two questions:

1) What is your opinion on the merch table culture of wrestlers hanging out prior to, during and after a show pushing (sometimes to an uncomfortable degree) their merchandise?
2) What do you think the chances are of another Japanese company emerging as a true internationally followed #2? And which company (DG? NOAH? AJPW?) do you think has that chance?

Yous should talk about BJW Death Climb and Endless Survivor, plus Dragon Gate DoA and King of Gate. And FREEDOMS and Dove Pro, really just bounce around Japan.

One of the reasons we're light on topics is neither of us have had much time to watch stuff. I watched most of DoA but Joe hasn't (yet). We can talk King of Gate but again, we're both a little behind on Dragon Gate so we have to weigh talking about it just to talk about it versus talking about it and actually have relevant, intelligent thoughts on it.

What are your thoughts on who should unseat Kento Miyahara as AJPW Triple Crown Champion? Joe Doering, Zeus or someone else?

What argument could you make for Taichi Ishikari winning the BOSJ tournament and then defeating Takahashi?

Is there any news or update on Wrestle-1's internal going-ons?

Thoughts on NOAH the Reborn since their last big show? Thoughts on attendance, wrestlers loaned from Impact and Crash, etc...?

This question is for Joe, Mr. Lanza you did a seven under the radar standouts of 2013 list where you listed Ricky Starks, Tomoaki Honma, Othello, Flamita, Gedo, Ray Rowe and The Great Depression. If you were to do that same list for 2017 who would be on it?

As well, as a MTV Challenge fan what's your thoughts on CM Punk being on the Champs vs Pros season?

Lanza why did your fantasy basketball sucks this season?

What are your thoughts on the current ROH doing much better business than the "golden era" period of ROH ?

Every Japanese wrestling company needs an Ace (or two) to survive long term. NJPW has Okada, DDT just went from HARASHIMA to Takeshita, Stardom has Shirai (for now), AJPW has Miyahara, BJW should be fine to transition from Suzuki/Sekimoto generation to the Kamitani/Nomura generation just fine, etc.

The only major Japanese company that seems to be in a bad place is NOAH. They have an old guard with Go, Fuji, Suigiura, etc that has carried them for a while, but the closest thing they have to an "Ace" is Nakajima. So, is he actually an Ace? Could he keep them in business for 5-7 more years alone? And if not (or just assume not), who could possibly fill that role for Noah? Is it someone on the roster, and if not, then where does he come from?

Most likely outcome for 205 Live in 2017:

(a) the show is outright canceled
(b) major retooling (moved to Full Sail, multiple episodes taped in a night, etc.)
(c) status quo

With such a stacked junior division right now in New Japan do you see any of the names there bulking up a little and joining the heavyweight somewhere in the next year or so. KUSHIDA has wanted to be in the G1 for a while, but it wasn't really realistic since he was the glue holding the division together. With Hiromu taking the helm now though and guys like Ricochet, Ospreay, Taguchi, Dragon Lee, etc. to surround him this is as good a time as any for KUSHIDA to graduate.

I'd also love to see you guys put together your New Japan cards for Long Beach, what matches you'd book, what matches you think they should book, that type of thing. With the additional seating having sold out instantly things are looking great for New Japan USA at the moment, all they need to do now is put on a couple of excellent shows to bring people back next time.

What do you think is the ceiling on the guys from the WWE UK tournament? Could we see a Pete Dunne or Tyler Bate on Raw/Smackdown?

Should The Great Muta have won the NWA World Title in the late 80's at the height of his popularity in the US?

How long do you think Nakamura stays in WWE before he returns to NJPW?

What is your favourite Arn Anderson match?

Is Joe still a Female Fake Taxi fan?

Inspired by the recent article on DG's Kotoka that Milo Martinez wrote on your site, which I really enjoyed reading, is there somebody in wrestling, current or past, who isn't maybe an all-time great, jump-off-the-screen megastar but who is a personal favorite of yours simply for that unique, personal connection you have to said wrestler?

Where do you see Big Mike figuring into the US expansion/LA G1 shows?

With the news the Rock is teasing a run for President, who in the wrestling industry would be your pick to run for president?
