Excellent match, and the culmination of a great months long storyline. Will definitely be on my list, probably the best war games.

Fantastic stuff here. The story going into this gives it an edge over 1991 War Games for best War Games match, I think.

Even better than the 1991 Wargames match. The little touches like Paul E. taking his team through strategy play-by-plays and Rude working Steamboat's injured nose in a chokehold really helped cement this match for me. It's the little things, I tells ya!

Beyond a couple stalls toward the end, this is a near perfect match with everyone bringing their a-game and giving urgency to their respective plights.

Might be Rick Rude's best match

This will finish in my top 10. It's the best multi person (8+ people in one match) with the only real competition being Thunderqueen '93. Jim Ross and Jesse Ventura are excellent calling this. Also the best opening of a War Games with Austin and Windham. Probably the best US match ever.
