Only got 2 right in round 2. Still got my finals intact though.
Guess Kojima ain't running to the end like some of the VOW pundits have been saying.
My final pick is Elgin but now I'm thinking Naito may go all the way and challenge Okada in Osaka.

Re: New Japan Cup 2016
To me it's either Nagata or Kojima winning following Nagata's promo in Osaka. Like how Shibata was going to win in 2014 after Okada's promo on him? :) I think they like to plant seeds to make you think things like that. All Nagata's promo did was make him possibly challenge down the line...but winn...

Read into Nagata's post match promo from New Beginning in Osaka but I'm not buying Nagata going far in NJ Cup.STAP. wrote:Tama Tonga going over Nagata would be sacrilege.

Re: Strong Style Spirit - New Japan catch all thread
How long before Goto snaps and goes after Shibata for all those vicious kicks to the back over the last few shows?
I'm giving him 2-3 months tops.

Re: Global Cruiserweight Series (WWE)
Take the best cruisers that have
a) been mentioned as trying out within the last 4-5 months for NXT
or
b) work for WWNLive
And you have probably 32 names right there.
So look for Rich Swann & AR Fox to make an appearance, i'd say.

Maybe Elgin?

What's everyone thinking in regards to the vacant IC title? Omega makes the leap or does he hunt for a bit before cementing his place in the Hvyweight division.

Re: Strong Style Spirit - New Japan catch all thread
reDragon vs. Gedo/Sakuraba is the weirdest match on these cards. It could just be meaningless filler, but it's not constructed like meaningless filler matches usually are. Interested to see what the hell the direction is there. One would assume with a booking like that, reDRagon isn't winning the J...

Re: Strong Style Spirit - New Japan catch all thread
I'd like to see EVIL/Elgin for sure. Or Naito/EVIL going after those tag titles. Despite what anyone says about their ring work, I think Los Ingobernables de Japan are the biggest thing going in NJPW in terms of groups.

Re: Strong Style Spirit - New Japan catch all thread
I gotta be honest I'm pretty jacked up for Goto vs. Okada after the Kouraken Road to New Beginning show. This heel aggressive Goto just wanting to beat the crap out of Okada is giving me heat to a match I really didn't care for (despite the fact I know the match will be well worked). From the momen...

Speaking of Goto, he has just been added to the RoH show in Vegas on 2/26.
