This category is always kind of a weird one to decide on. Mike Bailey isn't anyone's idea of a brawler on paper, but his matches against Roderick Strong and Drew Galloway are two of the best brawls of the year.

Tozawa's in the Chris Hero zone for me. Consistently great, both doing some of the best work of their careers, probably both in my top 10, but not maybe not quite THE most outstanding wrestler of the year.

For the longest time it had been Roderick Strong for me by a decent margin, but as I caught up on wrestling (EVOLVE), Chris Hero is catching up fast.
