Re: VOW Flagship: Kenny Omega, WrestleMania Changes & more!

How much money to put into production isn't really Gabe's call. That's all on his partner. Gabe can suggest anything he wants but it's not his money being spent. TBH At this point I don't think Gabe gives two shits about how the product looks. His end game is a full-time WWE job. He just needs to ke...

Re: The Lucha Underground Thread

Lucha Underground is weird in the sense they make you line up before entering & sign all these documents so they can show your image on TV, make sure you aren't wearing anything with a logo & all these other legalities. Then they'll go run a show where bloody wrestlers march through the crowd shovin...

Re: Wrestle Circus - The Texas SuperIndie

My buddy went to the show and had a great time. My goal is to get out here at some point this year to see a show. Ricochet/Sammy for 2/19 sounds amazing but I can't make that weekend. Ideally we get a perfectly timed weekend (for both fans & wrestlers) where PWG runs a Friday, Wrestle Circus runs a ...

Re: The BritWres thread (Big Daddy for HoF)

It was a fine show to spend 2 hours if you have nothing else to do. You'd have to be really stretching or just a homer to say anything was better than very good & some matches were certainly below average. The crowd was the star, always best to watch wrestling with hot crowds who are actively into w...

Re: The Lucha Underground Thread

As for tonight's episode... well... it was TNA. If you slap the TNA logo on the show and do the exact same thing with a guy doing a Stone Cold ripoff gimmick, two different prop spots, a lame angle where a guy has a glove with special powers AND TAKES IT OFF BEFORE THE MATCH, an in-ring promo that d...

Re: PWG (Pro Wrestling Guerilla)

Just wanted to get in and talk about the actual show before the anti-PWG people take over as usual... Very good looking show. Only matches I have zero interest in are Cody vs Trevor (duh), Jay vs Marty & possible the tag match depending on how those guys all mesh. Hoping Chuckie T gets the title jus...

Re: Evolve (WWNLive)

This show really wasn't for me. Weird show for so many reasons it's not even worth getting into. Funnest match was Dezmond vs Sammy but I didn't overly enjoy it. A couple people on twitter seemed to enjoy Yehi vs Henry but I don't understand working that style in those conditions for so long in fron...

Re: The Lucha Underground Thread

Legit my only comment on tonight's lackluster, at times very dull show, is Katrina's true love is the cop who has the other half of the amulet. Oh, and also that one line where they cut to Sexy Star in the backstage segment and she had ONE WORD to say "pero" and still made it come off as the worst a...

Re: Potential WWE Network Changes & FloSports Speculation

Ah, thanks. I thought the full selection would be available, especially older DGUSA shows. I'll probably check out Style Battle & maybe the EVOLVE shows later this month if I remember but I can't see sticking around considering my lack of interest in newer EVOLVE. On the bright side Ricochet/Ospreay...

Re: Potential WWE Network Changes & FloSports Speculation

So I got this thing to watch Ricochet/Ospreay but I can't seem to find any of the archive. I see the search button to type in wrestlers' names but where exactly is the page where all the EVOLVE/DGUSA shows are archived?

Re: The Lucha Underground Thread

Are we sure the glove isn't just the way that mystery demon overlord person can just take over his body? I thought that was the implication. So when Cage put it on, Cage ceased to exist as we know him. He's now that demon overlord dude. They were talking about a "host body" a few episodes ago.

Re: WWE Cruiserweight Classic

I know I'm going to get buried for this, but I actually like Noam's creepier gimmick, guy has gone all in it, hopefully he will improve in ring to compliment that. Legit the only thing I am enjoying on this show. Never let him in the ring, keep having him be the super creep and I have no complains ...

Re: WWE Cruiserweight Classic

Today's wrestlers are a bunch of wimps. Or at least that's what I think the idea is after watching 205 Live from the other day. I dunno... it's just funny to me that the guy who is going to be running the company had one of his biggest career moments occur in a match where he tore his quad but kept ...

Re: Wrestle Circus - The Texas SuperIndie

You can always tell how well a promoter is taking care of talent based on work ethic & especially what kind of spots the guys do. Based on the matches I've seen from here & the clips of last night - guys are killing themselves to perform here. Which means they want to be brought back. Everyone wants...

Re: WWE NXT 2016

Have you already followed their various social media accounts and privately messaged them that "I'm here if you need a friend or someone talk to"? Or has your line changed? I am not Casey dawg. I don't follow either. You are free to sneakily unblock me on Twitter again to check. Well if I'm barking...
