Re: Prince Passed Away At the Age of 57

I had punk phases, metal phases, a brief (as in one car journey) disco phase but I had a Prince phase at least once a year. A great musician, producer, singer, songwriter. dresser with fantastic hair and a crazy amount of charisma. On top of all that prolific and a great live performer. I could prob...

Re: Revolution Pro Wrestling

Glad I got tickets for this Reading show. As for the Cockpit shows, that was my first one and they're really such great value. £15 for front row tickets to a show that great in London can't really be beaten.

Re: Daniel Bryan/Bryan Danielson Announces Retirement

Re-watched Wrestling Road Diaries recently almost entirely because it was a pleasure to spend time with this guy, couldn't sleep one night and watched a 20 minute clip of him and Brie discussing their garden, once took a 7,000 mile round trip, solo, to watch Glory By Honor V headlined by him wrestli...

Very good news...until I realised I was leaving London for Moscow on the 20th of May. Hope it's a successful trip.

Re: NXT TakeOver: London (Official Discussion)

From last night's show the direction seemed more Asuka vs Nia not Bayley.

Re: Revolution Pro Wrestling

Rey in a venue that size would be really special.

RevPro also announced that the January 3rd Cockpit show is headlined by Zack vs Marty.

Re: Revolution Pro Wrestling

British people and wrestling fans and people who post on the internet all like moaning. Personally I'm not complaining. RevPro is bringing in high quality and the British guys (Ospreay, Scurrll, Revolutionists) are getting plenty of focus on the shows themselves. Hopefully due to the increased atten...

Re: The JOSHI thread

Really enjoyed those two matches too. Might have enjoyed the tag slightly more, heel Dash is so great. Sharing that hope that they stick around. Final was a lot of fun too, as with everything Kairi is doing lately.

Re: Revolution Pro Wrestling

VOD captures the atmosphere well. Really like that venue so hoping they keep running it, I keep taking non-fans with me and the atmosphere is a huge part of winning them over (decent ticket prices helps too). The Ring of Honor/New Japan style agreement for RevPro sounds good to me. Good to have this...

Re: Revolution Pro Wrestling

That did cross my mind. If RevPro is covering all those costs that's a lot on airfare alone. Plus York Hall can't be cheap in the first place. Hopefully they'll announce something fairly soon. Reading may have cost them too as they didn't seem to have sold that one out. Personally think they can dra...

Re: Revolution Pro Wrestling

I did too, every previous show (last 5 or 6) I've been to has had an announcement of the next and an onsale date for the tickets. All Andy said this time was "very soon".

Re: Revolution Pro Wrestling

That match was definitely my least favourite but I didn't hate it. Well I did hate Bodom's hair, gets worse everytime I see it. Other than that, and the girl behind us spilling drinks on everyone, it was a great night. Atmosphere was incredible for the main. Okada/Tanahashi happening in front of me ...

Re: WWE NXT 2015

Not putting them all in the same feud, like they are on Raw, really helps.
