Re: Ring Of Honor 2015

Amazing how ROH can get a pass for ending every title match with a bad finish on yet another show

and it was a great show until the attitude era ending

Re: Evolve 2015

Evolve 47 was a show of the year contender

Evolve 48...was not. Been good fun catching up on the promotion but they really need to beef up their midcard (read: leave the PAB to FIP shows). Guys like Mack, Gresham, etc are a start

Re: Ring Of Honor 2015

ROH does more bad finishes these days than WWE and that's not a good thing. Do you honestly believe this or do you just love hyperbole until someone breaks down the numbers? Addiction vs Young Bucks kingdom interference leading to finish Addiction vs Future Shock kingdom interference leading to fin...

Re: Ring Of Honor 2015

Lethal is killing it as champion. He's super motivated and a must watch wrestler right now. This week's TV might have been the best TV show of the year. Right there with any LU ep or the great ROH ep from when NJPW was in town. Man this is just the complete opposite on my feelings of the guy. How "...

Re: Evolve 2015

35 was the one with Busick vs Sabre and Strong vs Galloway which were both excellent ****+ matches. That was a stacked card I'm not really down on Gargano as much as most, but he sometimes irks me. I do think he can be great at times when working straight wrestling matches and not trying to go into ...

Re: Evolve 2015

Doing some catchup recently. Some thoughts I can solidly say Thatcher is in my top 3 in the world right now, and maybe #1. The matches with Gulak, Tommy End, Hero, and especially the 2/3 falls with Roddy were all incredible showings on his side. In particular the match with Roddy he showed a lot of ...

Re: Let's bury the World Wrestling Federation....

I think Graves is quite excellent. He's not too over the top, but he's entertaining, helps get people over, and more than occasionally drops some gems

Him during the Bull match from takeover was particularly great.

Re: Hey, We Want Some New Day!

They aren't quite Sandow because Sandow was a jobber It's much closer to this era of Edge and Christian https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGXZwrripaE And they're so over right now that you know down the line they are going baby which should be all kinds of fun. I've always thought Big E was tremendous...

Re: Ring Of Honor 2015

He's still injured, but he has said on twitter that he is setting up for his in ring return. Also: ROH fans on other sites seem to be the most pessimistic group of people. Not to mention names, but on another site I frequent they are basically rolling into fetal position and think WWE are going to ...

Re: Ring Of Honor 2015

That's what I figured too but then after that they built their San Antonio show earlier this year around him getting a title shot in his hometown and it looked like he was in the clear. He even got to face Nakamura in Toronto

Re: Ring Of Honor 2015

I think that there is an honest case to be made that Delirious is a worse major booker than Vince McMahon. I may actually rant about that soon enough. Delirious is better than Gaburick (?) without a doubt, I don't see a case for that. Question. Is Delirious just the booker? He has no control over t...

Re: Ring Of Honor 2015

Cliff Compton's ROH run will only be remembered by me for when Steen legit cracked him in the head with a kendo stick and then broke character for like 3 seconds
