Welcome back to Open The Voice Gate! Case (https://twitter.com/_inyourcase) and Mike (https://twitter.com/fujiiheya) are back with an update on the comings and goings of Dragongate.
Dragongate’s annual named show in Sendai, Tohoku Dragongateway is in the books and Open The Voice Gate returns to discuss the booking malpractices of this week. Before Case and Mike get into that, they discuss the release of the 2026 Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame ballots and their initial thoughts on the Japanese and Modern US/Canada categories. After that it’s time to talk about the disaster of Dragon Kid vs Ryu Fuda for the Open The Brave Gate title and where this leaves the white belt, a weak showing makes us wonder what’s the actual Dream Gate match next month, and a lot more!
