AEW All In: London 2026 Zero Hour
Trios Roulette Royal for AEW World Trios Titles
Hangman Page, Brody King, & Bandido (c) vs. The Demand (Ricochet & GOA) vs. The Dogs (David Finlay, Gabe Kidd, & Clark Connors) vs. The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, & Roderick Strong) vs. The Bang Bang Gang (Jay White & The Gunns) vs. The Death Riders (PAC, Claudio Castagnoli, & Wheeler Yuta) vs. A Wild Card Trio
Suit: Tony Khan announced this match for the Zero Hour on the Thursday press call, saying that there was an “interesting” wild card team to be added to the match. I’m not sure if this is a standard battle royal, a staggered entry battle royal, or a gauntlet of some type, but what I am sure of is that the rumors of Swerve Strickland teaming with the New Day will come true on this show, just in time for the pay portion of the show to start.
It’s an interesting pairing, one I never considered and would’ve thought as lazy had the idea come from anyone other than the talent themselves. But a pairing here not only subverts the idea of the Kofi & Austin Creed coming in as foils for the Young Bucks, it actively puts a trios match with Omega alongside the Bucks back on the table, with Swerve sliding into Big E’s role in his absence. Swerve’s about similar size at this point with the muscle he’s put on. This solves a few problems at once, and gives us a big Wembley MomentTM, so that’s what I’ll go with. Prediction: Swerve Strickland, Kofi, & Austin Creed
Farzam: This match was announced really late by Tony Khan stating that he had an “interesting” tag team which was going to be added in to the match. Rumors have been going around about Kofi and Austin Creed coming in to a trios with Swerve. Personally, that association really intrigues me as it opens up possibilities for an eventual trios match up against “The Elite trio”, but we’re getting ahead of ourselves here. I expect this to be a PWG-style party match which bleeds into the main show from the Zero Hour. They have some incredibly talented wrestlers who’ll come up with crazy spots to get a hot start to the show. I’m really excited for this one! Prediction: Swerve Strickland, Kofi, and Austin Creed
AEW International Title Match
Kyle Fletcher (c) vs. Kazuchika Okada vs. Konosuke Takeshita
Suit: The year-long saga of the Callis Family Aces comes to a head here, as Fletcher defends the International Title against both former champions Okada & Takeshita. This has been the endgame for this feud for months, going back to before Fletcher’s knee injury that cost him the TNT Title. Fletcher took this title from Takeshita at Beach Break, just a few weeks after Takeshita beat Okada in the phenomenal blow-off to their one-on-one feud at Double or Nothing.
This isn’t the first three-way match involving Okada and Takeshita, as they had a Unified Title match involving Mascara Dorada. That match was a phenomenal showcase for Dorada and the initial display of Okada & Takeshita’s chemistry, as I went ****1/2 on it in the VOW review. Now replace Mascara Dorada, a talented wrestler in his own right, with one of the ten best wrestlers on the planet in Kyle Fletcher. This match has every chance to be the best on the show, and I say that knowing Kenny Omega & Will Ospreay are in the main event. Takeshita takes his belt back and exits the Callis Universe for an extended period of time. Prediction: Konosuke Takeshita
Farzam: This is the second three-way match that involves Okada and Takeshita. They had one for the “Unified Title” with Mascara Dorada, which was a great match. It served as a primer for the AEW audience to Dorada and his insane abilities in the ring. There are many different stories to be told here, and I wish they’d done a better job of setting up this match because the initial work of building the tension between the three wrestlers has been awesome.
I don’t know what direction they’ll go in because in a myriad of possibilities, almost all of them will serve a unique purpose that’ll be interesting. Kyle Fletcher was voted Number 2 in our 30 under 30 list and has done phenomenal work in the ring for the past 2-3 years. I could see him retaining via a fluke or by stealing a pin, but I believe a better story could be told where either Okada takes advantage and wins the title or costs Fletcher, which would really solidify the fracture in the ever-growing Don Callis Family. Prediction: Kazuchika Okada
Falls Count Anywhere Match for TNT Title
Kevin Knight (c) vs. Darby Allin
Suit: One of only two gimmick matches on the main card, Kevin Knight defends the TNT Title against Darby Allin in a Falls Count Anywhere match. An interesting wrinkle to this build, which started with Knight’s great turn at Double or Nothing, is the addition of Sting’s hunky son Steven Borden on Darby’s side. Could that be Darby’s next long-term direction, teaming with the son of his mentor, or is it a post-Wembley direction for the TNT Title?
Jet has been one of AEW’s strongest elevations in company history, with 2026 being a year where they’ve truly given him the ball in AEW’s midcard. He pinned MJF clean on television to retain that TNT Title early in his reign, and has since broken the record for most defenses in the title’s history. While this could be a pivot point and a way for him to “lose up” into the World Title scene, I believe a spotlight win for him at Wembley would do him some good as well over an established name in Darby. Knight retains. Prediction: Kevin Knight
Farzam: It’s All In, AEW’s biggest show and it’s Darby Allin, I expect batshit crazy. I don’t think I’m wrong in expecting some level of insanity involving dangerous falls, glass, fire(?), blood and Steve Borden. If you’ve been following weekly TV, you’ll notice they’re trying to involve Sting’s son in this storyline in a full circle moment where Darby is taking him under his wing much like Sting did for Darby. From people who’ve seen him wrestle in-person, I haven’t heard the best things about Borden’s abilities in the ring and clearly needs more time in the ring to be at an acceptable level on AEW TV. But it’s wrestling, and it’s Sting’s son; you get to cut the line if you’re a 2nd or 3rd generation wrestler.
Back to the match and the feud that’s been brimming ever since Knight turned on Darby after he lost the title, I thought they’d done a good job in building up this match. I personally was not a fan of the “explosion” angle on Dynamite and Knight’s mic work has left a lot to be desired but, he’s been incredible in-ring and I expect this to be a crazy match but a banger nonetheless. Prediction: Kevin Knight
AEW Women’s World Tag Team Title Match
Divine Dominion (Lena Kross & Megan Bayne) (c) vs. The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor & Jamie Hayter)
Suit: This has felt like the endgame for these titles since the Birds came together earlier this year. Divine Dominion has been a quality pair of champions, and this pairing interests me greatly. I want this match to open the PPV card, as it can surprise people who may be overlooking it. I expect a high-quality tag match, and I expect the Birds to get the win to become the new tentpole team of the division and get Kross and Bayne in the mix for the singles titles. Prediction: Brawling Birds
Farzam: While I’ve enjoyed the Divine Dominion as a tag team, this is the show to have Windsor & Hayter dethrone them. They’ve put on acceptable to good matches before, and with the crowd behind the hometown team, you expect this to be one of the better Divine Dominion matches, even though the result will probably not end up in their favour. This may free up Bayne for a shot at the singles title as well. Prediction: The Brawling Birds
Casino Gauntlet Match for AEW World Title Shot
Andrade El Idolo & MJF to start
Suit: For the uninitiated, the Casino Gauntlet is a gauntlet match where people enter at random intervals until someone scores the first pin or submission. The match can end at any time, so while Jericho, Mark Davis, & Tommaso Ciampa have entered the match, they may not actually enter the match if it ends quickly enough.
MJF finds himself in the same place he did last year, in the Casino Gauntlet against the man he’s feuding with. Max is doing the Fake World Champ bit right now, but that feels like it could get him a title shot whenever he wants. Plus, it’s Max. He’s gonna get a title shot at some point. I would love to get a little crazy here and give a title shot to someone who has really changed my opinion of them in 2026 in Tommaso Ciampa. But I’m going to stick with my long-held belief that Jon Moxley will find his way into this match and earn himself a title shot to set up a big defense next month while not giving away the main event result either way. Prediction: Jon Moxley
Farzam: The build for this match has been all about MJF and Andrade, who are the first two entrants to the gauntlet, which is a random interval entry match where the first pin or submission wins the match. This will further the feud between Andrade and MJF, who are probably having a singles match in the next PPV, and acts as a spot for other wrestlers not in major feuds to end up on the show. You’ll probably have Ciampa, Jericho, Perry, Davis, Mistico (if he’s booked) and maybe a new signing in Ilja Dragunov to show up here.
MJF has been doing the gimmick of “Real World Champion”, something I’m not a huge fan of, but that has kept the door ajar on a potential title shot against Ospreay later in the year after the feud with Andrade is wrapped up. That being said, does he really need this win to challenge Ospreay down the line? I doubt it. I think Andrade costing MJF this win would better help the story and give an opportunity for another wrestler to be set up as Ospreay’s challenger. You have all the signs of this being Moxley, but I’d really like a left field option and hope they give Mark Davis a big win here and elevate him to a higher slot. Probably wishful thinking but I’ll go with it. Prediction: Mark Davis
Continental Challenge Cup Final Match for Continental Title
Jon Moxley vs. Nigel McGuinness
Suit: This match fascinates me from a booking perspective. I’ve long expected Mox to drop this title in the C3 to free himself up for an Ospreay title defense after Wembley. I thought there was a chance he would lose it in an earlier round of the Cup to free himself up for the Casino Gauntlet Match. Instead, he’s defending his Continental Title against the Cinderfella himself, Nigel McGuinness. I enjoy when Nigel laces up the boots, as he’s a part of that golden indie generation and never got his due run.
With that said, he is a semi-retired commentator. Do you put this title on him and give him a big Cup win at Wembley, or does Mox break his heart and his bad foot to retain? I still think Mox is up soon for Ospreay, so I say he retains here and leaves as the biggest heel in England since Thatcher. Prediction: Jon Moxley
Farzam: Mox has been a top contender for US MVP in my books and has delivered time and time again, from his tag matches with Ospreay on Dynamite to the C3 matches leading up to the final. He’s facing Nigel McGuinness, a legend in his own right. There have been mixed reviews on his matches this C3 but as someone who watched his original ROH run, he holds a special place in my heart and I love it whenever he shows so to wrestle, whether on AEW or ROH.
Do you give Nigel the hometown win and give him a feel good win or do you have Mox crush his chance in front of his fellow countrymen and give him a big tournament win? I think the latter, as he is most probably Ospreay’s first big challenger. Prediction: Jon Moxley
AEW World Tag Team Title Match
Adam Copeland & Christian Cage (c) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson)
Suit: A simple build for a simple match. The Bucks are the best tag team of this generation, and Cage & Cope are…billed as the best tag team of their generation. It’s a match that the Bucks were undoubtedly chomping at the bit to have, and given how much better this Cage & Cope run has gone compared to my expectations, I’m looking forward to this one.
I do wonder if we’re inching towards a Cage & Cope heel turn. They’ve done about all they’re going to do as a nostalgic babyface team, and the Bucks repeatedly taking them out on miscommunications could be all the incentive they need to turn. But I’ll say that if they do turn, losing the titles will be the last straw. Bucks win the titles here, and I’ll sprinkle in an FTR return since they’ll be in the country for the RevPro Anniversary Show at Wembley Arena the night before. Prediction: The Young Bucks
Farzam: This is a big match for both the teams. I think this might be the last match or one of the last matches for Cope and Cage. Young Bucks are one of the best tag teams of all time and I expect them to put on a tag team clinic as they face one of the more iconic tag teams in American wrestling. This run has been much better than most expectations, and I think we’ll see FTR involved post-match somehow. They’re working the RevPro show in Wembley Arena the night before. I expect the Young Bucks to win and for FTR to show up and set up a 3-way match. Don’t be surprised if the words T, L and C are involved. Prediction: The Young Bucks
AEW Women’s World Title Match
Willow Nightingale (c) vs. Mercedes Moné
Suit: This feels like the biggest Women’s Title match in company history. A story born out of a natural accident, with Mercedes breaking her foot and calling the audible to put Willow over in the NJPW STRONG Women’s Title Tournament Final. One that continued to Mercedes’s debut in AEW, where she beat Willow for the TBS Title and broke the record for longest title reign in company history. That reign was ended by Willow on the last Dynamite of 2025, ending Mercedes’ Belt Collector run and sending her on a hiatus that ended in this year’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, filling a spot that was vacated at the last second by…you guessed it, Willow Nightingale. Willow got hurt, vacating that spot in the tournament and her TBS Title, but came back just in time to beat Thekla for the Women’s World Title at Redemption. Two women, tied at the hip from day one, now face off for the title at the biggest show of the year.
The question is, who wins? Mercedes running as Women’s World Champion has felt like a fait accompli since her debut, with her TBS Title reign overshadowing the Women’s World Title at points. She’s the biggest name in the division, and one of the best wrestlers in the promotion as a whole. If she were to win the title here, it would be earned on merit, not reputation.
But I don’t think she earns it here. Mercedes has been even more diabolical and egotistical since her return, going so far as to break Willow’s hand on the go-home Dynamite. Willow serves to not only replace Timeless Toni Storm as the lead babyface woman in the promotion, but as the woman to pop Mercedes’ ego, the same way she did on New Year’s Eve with the TBS Title. Mercedes fails to take Willow’s title or her smile, as the champ retains in Wembley, busted hand and all. Prediction: Willow Nightingale
Farzam: The best built match on the show has been this one. Willow unfortunately broke her hand on 8/22 wrestling against Maya World. They did an angle on Dynamite to cover for it and had to change things up as Willow was originally supposed to wrestle on the show.The back and forth promos have been incredible between the pair, particularly Willow. They’ve done a stellar job keeping the build coherent and simple. The result of this match was a toss-up for me personally before the hand injury, but now knowing that she probably has to take time off following All Inn, it makes more sense to have Moné win here.
This match will most probably be worked around Willow’s hand injury and I expect this to have tons of heat as we’ll see Mone work over Willow’s hand mercilessly throughout the match. Prediction: Mercedes Moné
AEW World Title Match
Kenny Omega (c) vs. Will Ospreay
Suit: Speaking of fait accompli, Will Ospreay is definitely winning the AEW World Title from Kenny Omega in the main event of All In. People have tried to talk themselves into other outcomes, but any other outcome than Ospreay winning the title here will make the last three months meaningless. This build has been designed to show Ospreay as fully recovered from the bad neck, and away from any outside influences. He’s not New Japan’s Will Ospreay, nor is he Jon Moxley’s version of Will Ospreay. He’s Will Ospreay, and he’s going to win the World Title his way.
The build has been odd from a couple of standpoints. One, they’ve spent a good chunk of it setting up Ospreay’s first major challenger in Jon Moxley. That story is on pause, but it is far from over. Between Mox and MJF’s phony World Champion deal, the company made sure that Ospreay would have hot, interesting challengers after the title win, and some have argued that it’s come at the expense of the build to the title win itself. I would say that it’s more of the layered storytelling we’ve seen this year when it comes to the World Title, and that none of it has negatively affected Ospreay’s reactions or feel as a top guy. There are sharks constantly circling the World Title, and while they aren’t going after the belt now, they will take their shot as soon as they can.
The other oddity has been the build to Ospreay/Omega itself, with the focus being more on Omega’s character than Ospreay’s. AEW wanted to thread a fine needle with this match, giving Omega his big babyface title win before having him work more of the heel in this title match. The simpler option would’ve just been running Ospreay/MJF and having that be the simple babyface/heel dynamic, but I appreciate a promotion trying to do more layered storytelling. There’s room for Omega to succeed as a babyface and get his Wembley main event while also working that main event as a man whose ego has ballooned in the face of what may be his last major title run. It does make Omega a more dynamic character than Ospreay ahead of Wembley, but it gets the company its cake and allows for them to eat it too. Plus, with respect to MJF and his career year, Ospreay/Omega is the better match.
It’s the best wrestler of his generation passing the torch to the best wrestler of this generation. Kenny is the face of the promotion, the name you think of when you think of AEW, the Elite in All Elite Wrestling, and he’s making it clear who is worthy of carrying that torch for the next decade. Don’t overthink it. Will Ospreay brings it home in the main event of All In, and ushers in the next generation of All Elite Wrestling as its World Champion. Prediction: Will Ospreay
Farzam: It’s coming home. Do I expect Three Lions to be played at the stadium after Ospreay wins? Probably not. But, I do expect it to be sung through the match and post Ospreay’s victory, which is all but inevitable. Yes, a 1000% yes. I would be shocked if there’s any other finish. They have built this match really well, albeit the build did seem to peak a couple of weeks too early. The champion, Kenny Omega, one of the best professional wrestlers of all time is facing Will Ospreay, a man who has all but eclipsed him. It’s a passing of the torch in the most real of ways imaginable, on the biggest AEW show of the year, in the main event, for their biggest championship.
There was a brilliant VT on Dynamite on 8/26 showcasing clips and highlights of their previous bouts in PWG, NJPW and AEW. There was an enthralling promo exchange on a sit down with Reneé Young, where the two spoke about their intertwined history and their journey up to this point in their careers. Kenny has been absolutely amazing in his promos even though he has the anime villain characteristics baked into some of his mannerisms and accentuations. Omega, who was the babyface in winning the title from MJF, has slowly evolved into a heel in this feud. I expect nothing less than a Match of the Year Contender from these two. Is that unfair on the performers? Perhaps, but that’s the lofty standards they’ve set being two of the best wrestlers in the world.
