NJPW G1 Climax 33 – Night Ten
Date: July 30, 2023
Venue: Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium
Time: 4:00 pm JST

G1 Climax 33 is back from Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium with blocks C and D in action on NJPWWorld on July 30th with a card headlined by a classic G1 matchup between Hirooki Goto and Hiroshi Tanahashi. The card will open with a C-Block Classic Opener between HENARE and David Finlay.

The team at Voices of Wrestling has done a phenomenal job previewing Block A, Block B, Block C, and Block D, and my good friend J. Michael has written the quintessential guide to New Japan Pro Wrestling, so of course, it only makes sense that the statistics, research, and information that I send to Kevin Kelly and Chris Charlton ahead of every card also finds its home at Voices of Wrestling. I’ll be posting my notes for every card of this year’s G1 Climax. Below, take a look at night one’s packet, and feel free to follow along with me on Twitter when the show is live, as that’s where I’ll be adding any extra bits of info that I pick up along the way.
