G1 Climax 33 continues as a free show with no sign-up required on NJPWWorld on July 16 with a main event of Tetsuya Naito vs. Jeff Cobb and Eddie Kingston’s G1 Climax debut against Shingo Takagi.

The team at Voices of Wrestling has done a phenomenal job previewing the Block A, Block B, Block C, and Block D, and my good friend J. Michael has written the quintessential guide to New Japan Pro Wrestling, so of course, it only makes sense that the statistics, research, and information that I send to Kevin Kelly and Chris Charlton ahead of every card also finds its home at Voices of Wrestling. I’ll be posting my notes for every card of this year’s G1 Climax. Below, take a look at night one’s packet, and feel free to follow along with me on Twitter when the show is live, as that’s where I’ll be adding any extra bits of info that I pick up along the way.
