Alaska: Pro Wrestling’s Last Frontier ($)

As most of you know, I recently spent a week in Alaska for the most recent VaKraetschion. As luck would have it, on Saturday, the night before I was to fly back to Chicago, New Jersey-based indie promotion WrestlePro was celebrating its satellite company WrestlePro Alaska’s third anniversary with a show in Anchorage, Alaska.

Here is my report from the show, my research on the history of pro wrestling in Alaska as well as an interview with WrestlePro Alaska promoter Kevin Matthews.
